Frequently Asked Questions

Does my UAE company have to register for corporate tax?

The UAE's federal corporate tax applies to financial years beginning on or after 1 June 2023, and companies are expected to register with the Federal Tax Authority — including free zone companies. We'll confirm the position and deadline for your company.

Is registering the same as paying tax?

No. Registration gets you a tax registration number and a filing obligation. Whether any tax is payable depends on your profits and on which reliefs apply.

Do you also handle UAE VAT?

VAT is a separate registration with its own rules. Mention it in the form and we'll include it in your quote.
